Hello
I am an older man--a bit over 50 years old and would like to at least
contact my birthmother if she is still aliive--a short phone chat
would be adequate or even email)
Can anyone help me out?
I have used various search engines to no avail but DONT want to
believe what my adopted parents have told me about her
They stated she tried to poison me at birth due to post partum
depression and later killed herself in prison
Nice people, eh?
I havent spoken to them in app 20 years as they spent a lot of time in
an institution and came out absolute religious nuts
(nothing against religion per se--but these people are extreme and my
adopted sister has spent most of her life inside psychiatrist's
offices due to their upbringing--I only remember abuse but block it
out and all is well in my life in that respect)
No pitty wanted nor required. I am old enough to have made my own life
and am happy for what I have

I only wanted to talk to my birthmother and find out the cir***stances
surrounding her giving me up as the only paperwork I have found seems
to indicate she did not willingly give me up but was coerced into it
as even the judge seemed unwilling to let it be done as per the old
paperwork I recently discovered.

....my birth mother's name I DO NOT want to put out in full but at the
time was:
E. R. Wert and she was probably from Elverson, PA and gave birth in
Ephrata, PA in JUNE of 1955
her father was Larry Wert and I my first name was same as his
originally
Reason for wanting contact...
I have kidney disease and would like to at least talk to my birth
mother before I pass on...
