Lucky! It seems that August was always the best month of summer when I
was
young, now it is fall as far as my kids are concerned. They get out of
school around May 20, with 2 week long breaks plus a week for
Thanksgiving,
2 weeks for Christmas, and lots of bogus half days where they eat lunch at
0930 and get out at 11....so the school gets federal money for showing a
movie and handing out a bag lunch. grrr
