Not according to the post that you pasted below.
According to that post the child talked freely with her grandmother
AND her mother.
And, not only did she talk freely with them both, but the grandfather
sat outside the bathroom door listening as she talked to her
grandmother.
So, I don't think your claim is correct, according to your paste of
the post.

I didn't see anything about a ***ual exam. I saw mention of an
interview.
The only evidence was grandma's heresay, UNTIL she got in the car
later that day and told her MOTHER.
It's a very well known fact that children that age will not talk to
therapists or interviewers, so there is nothing odd about her refusing
to speak during the interview.
