    No.  Had the man simply exclaimed "Boo yeah!" he likely would have
gotten a similar reaction from the judge.

     There was nothing illegal presented in the article.

     The judge may have realized his behavior, while likely legal,
wasn't necessary.  The man was expressing his joy over the verdict.

     I feel the judge over reacted.  However, that I feel this way
doesn't make the actions illegal.
