Well, one could take issue with a few of those, but generally
you're on the right track.
Sadly, people with chronic depression who are (or should be) the
majority here (and I am one of them) can not really use your
advice.
I don't think you are one of "us" either.
Still, some people in the other groups you xposted to should
take your advice - it is pretty good.
