Pseudo-Educating "accelerated students"

According to the article below, it seems that "accelerating students
in math" has led to the following:

algebra I in seventh grade
geometry in eighth grade
precalculus first half of ninth grade
algebra II second half of ninth grade
remedial math in college

This is quite an achievement!
