I have a introductory PROBLEM SOLVING description that I can't quite
figure out.
Here it is :
PROBLEM : Using only the material provided, construct a "CHAIN LINK".
The link must have a two-inch square hole through which your teacher
will rope the links together.
RESOURCES : one sheet of 9 X 12 darfting paper, 18" length of masking
tape and one pair of scissors per group.
EVALUATION : the links will be tied together. A TUG OF WAR will
determine the weak (not missing) link. The last unbroken link will be
the winner.
In this problem here are the questions I have :
1) Does each group have to create several links? Or just one?
2) Can they double up the paper and use tape to make it more secure or
is the tape for the "rope"?
