Ideas for visualising metaphor in Romeo and Juliet?

by Bert <albert.xtheunknown0@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Aug 14, 2008 at 03:00 PM

Hello everyone!

My teacher has just given us a mini mini assignment on Romeo and
Juliet. Everyone has to pick at least two lines from anywhere in the
book and we have to symbolise that using visual images, no words
allowed. I've chosen Act 4 Scene 2 Lines 23-24 - "Send for the county!
Go tell him of this./I'll have this KNOT knit up tomorrow morning!"

This isn't everything I'm handing in, but I was thinking of having as
a black and white background the knot already tied between Romeo and
Juliet where time moved so much more quickly but I'm having trouble
thinking of a way of showing that Capulet doesn't know about it. Any
ideas?
