A friend just made this statement to me, "this is sort of like Newton and
calculus.
He had a problem for calculus to work, it had to occur outside of time.
Up
until then, change had to involve a passage of time. So he invented a new
law that said change could take place outside of time and then his whole
math system worked.
Is this true?
