a student uses laser pointer in the classroom. the teacher notices
the laser light but does not know which (if any-- windows) student
used the laser pointer.
in one case, the light appears on a poster that a student at the front
of the class is holding in front of herself, just below her eyes.
what are the teacher's options?
presumeably calling the police is over-reacting and could
get the teacher in trouble-- or not?
presumeably strip-searching students is not an option,
for legal reasons.
is this an example of an unenforceable rule?
outside the classroom, one person ****nes a laser light
at another person (neither are in a vehicle). what if any laws are
violated?
in the classroom-- same question.
