The onus of proof was on him, since he was in question. He couldn't 
prove that he was a doctor, yet he was posting and giving medical advise 
as one. When questioned, he tried to deny it, but we had the logs and 
headers of his posts. We don't want that on our system. We refused him 
further service, and last I saw, he's got an account on another provider 
and could again be saying he's a doctor.

It is a felony in the State of Oregon to represent yourself as a Doctor, 
an Engineer or a Lawyer. It is in our system agreement that aracnet will 
be only used for lawful purposes. We do not want to be liable or part of 
any deception. As far as I know there are several people in this State 
gathering information for a possible indictment against this person. I 
cannot comment further. This user lied in his application and that by 
itself is grounds enough for termination. He had his op****tunity to 
present verifiable information. FYI he has been kicked off from other 
systems.
