Unfortunately it isn't true. But we DID interbreed like crazy for
hundreds of thousands of years. Human tribes were very small and
the group that became modern humans is estimated to have been no
more than a few hundred or thousands in number, most of them very
interbred and related! Doing that and suffering the consequences
of defective children who died early and didn't breed was what
bred out most of the bad genes that might be duplicated in *****,
and that also made us far more *****-proof than most species.
This is a well-understood phenomenon.
But this does NOT mean that we can now breed with our sisters with
impunity, without regard for the few defective children it would
produce, we now have the ability to prevent defectives from being
born, but that DOES mean that we DID evolve experiencing *****uous

social apes of the Bonobo chimpanzee variety. So we CAN and EXPECT

Those who say such things are poorly and not fully educated in the
field. PhD's aren't usually so reckless and foolish. They KNOW that
