Vacation with large family? Not too expensive?

by "snoopy_@[EMAIL PROTECTED] " <snoopy_@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Mar 3, 2006 at 03:03 PM

Hello,
I live in Philadelphia, and usually take my vacations at the Jersey
Shore, but with the cost of rentals now I think I might be able to
spend the same money and head to the Islands somewhere. Any ideas?
I have my wife and four children, which makes a total of six people
and the houses we rent cost about $2,000-2,500/week. We usually go for
two weeks, plus spend about $1000/week on food and entertainment. So
for $6000-$7000 could I take an island vacation, preferably and
all-inclusive, for that same amount of money? Air-fare, food, etc...
If it's at least close it might still be worth it. I was thinking that
Cancun would probably be the cheapest, any ideas? Thanks.
