We may get a couple of inches of snow around Castle Rock State Park
tommorow 
(Thursday).  The park is near the intersection of Hwy 9 and Hwy 35.  You'd

better head up there as soon as you see the snow, since it will likely
melt 
within 24 hours.

Mount Hamilton and some of the east bay peaks will probably also get snow,

though access to these is more difficult than to Hwy 35 on the peninsula.

Other than that, head out I-80 into the Sierra foothills.  Some of the
snow 
areas are less than 3 hours from San Francisco.
