Perhaps if I cut and past the rest of that sentence you didn't
include, it might be more clear....

Clarification -- this means that if I was certain it was behavioral, I
wouldn't automatically request invasive testing to try to rule out the
world. (neither did the OP's doctor). You really just need to read the
OP and move out from there.
