If this is the one with the ADHD, get to a good
doctor with lots of expertise and experience in this area
and start looking for solutions. It won't necessarily
be easy to find the right caregiver and the right solutions
and you might go through some lemons, but you owe it to
yourself, your family and most of all your son to work
this out so he can have the childhood he deserves.
