Actually, that is a valid concern, though not likely in this case.
Every child should be taught what are proper limits of behavior for
adults and kids and whenever they feel that anyone has touched them in a
way that makes them feel uncomfortable they need to tell a trusted
adult, like a parent, teacher, grandparent or police officer
immediately. And, they should always tell the parents, too, even if they
told another adult. Finally, every child should know that no child ever
does anything to deserve this sort of uncomfortable touching, no matter
what the adult says. And, if an adult says otherwise, they should tell
the mother.
Again, I don't see anything that suggests anything going on here along
these lines, but, it is something we always need to look out for.
