Family Matters=85
Do you want a marvelous new outlet for preserving your vacation,
special event, or even the day-to-day activities of your family caught
on film? Those memories are priceless and turning them into
magnificent scrapbook pages for your family treasure box can be as
simple as a few clicks away. And equally as fascinating, scrapbooking
allows you to record as little or as much journaling about the event
as you like to go along with your precious photos.
Here are a few examples:

Fire Rainbow and Northern Lights digital scrapbook layout_1
Kit: Club Deco July 2008 "Indulgence" - Paris Designs (background
paper), Jennifer Rassi (bows and background paper altered for
matting), Deb Ammerman (beads), Dana Conditt (beads and square
button), mat by CAZ (altered), swirls by Theta; and to color my frames
I pulled the green from Jen Rassi's muted green from her background
paper.
Photos: I received these photos in an email recently and found them
quite fascinating, so I did a little research. While the referenced
date information was inaccurate, I did find the photos to be authentic
on Snopes, and then further researched. I do not know who took these
magnificent photos. If you do, please contact me so that I can give
proper credit.

Journaling: The top is a photo of a Fire Rainbow - the rarest of all
naturally occurring atmospheric phenomena; also known as a
cir***horizontal arc. The photos were taken on 3 July 2006, somewhere
along the Idaho/Wa****ngton border. This particular arc spanned several
hundred square miles of sky. The event lasted about one hour. Clouds
have to be cirrus, at least 20k feet in the air, with just the right
amount of ice crystals and the sun has to hit the clouds at least 58
degrees above the horizon. God's handiwork. Beautiful sight! Other
such phenomena include the Northern Lights.

Journaling: Northern Lights. Someone thought to take a photograph of
the thermometer on the tree, which shows about -40 (forty below).
Baby, that is cold outside!
