Her migraines are as much your problem as your headaches are her's.
There really isn't much you can do, as you cannot realistically
control that aspect of your child's behavior, or so I've been told.
Pillbug's noises wake up the

Compare this to the time our neighbor had a swimming pool - it was a
real PITA when kids over there were screaching in good fun during the
times that we tried to nap with our napping kids, even with windows
shut and air conditioning running, but that's life. Letting your child
out at a reasonable hour, however, in the morning would be a good
gesture, say after 10 a.m. when tired new parents may have caught up,
but other than that, there is nothing you can do about what time their
baby is napping off and on throughout a day - unless they share it is
from 1-3 p.m. or something. We can hear kids outdoors on our baby
monitor, and we can even hear a wagon being pulled down the street on
it - big whoop.

CPS can't do anything about the noises your son makes, nor can they
punish you for them. You need to look into the laws in your state for
schools - the last I remember from my preschool years, children were
required to be let outdoors for a minimum amount of time, unless it
was raining. Suggesting or trying to scare you that CPS can force you
to disallow playtime for your child is ridiculous - not matter the
amount of time. Have you joined any online autism-type groups where
those "in the know" could share recommendations and resources with
you?
