Yeah.  We don't have HOA's around here, though.  And an HOA might also
tell some
of my other neighbors they can't park anything having to do with their
trade
anywhere in view.  Which IMO would be dumb and disruptive.

BTW the neighbor in question took the upholstered stuff off the ****ch -
they had
gotten a mismatched bunch of ****ch furniture from Freecycle.  They do use
their
****ches a lot.  And the stuff in the yard gets put away more and more.  No
word
from anyone as far as I know.  That's good enough for me.

If they were clueless or belligerent, then maybe I'd wish for an HOA. 
HOA's are
two-edged entities, though.
