It isn't always possible to immediately stop when you're driving 65mph
on a crowded freeway with no shoulder. It can take a few minutes to
pull over or to find a place to pull over. There *is* a risk in the
time it takes to recognize the need to pull over, and to find a safe
place to do so. Not to mention the anxiety involved.

I'm just not comfortable with that at this time.

I agree fully. I'm not willing to test out if this is one of those
behaviours that would be different, however.
